She Talks Life began with a conversation and has grown into a movement.

In 2013, Founder Jae Vonne Teague launched She Talks Life as a personal blog created to share inspiration, perspective, and honest conversations about life. What began as a small platform soon revealed the potential to become something much greater: a space where women could feel seen, encouraged, empowered, and connected.

Then came 2020.

As the world faced a pandemic, social unrest, economic uncertainty, and unprecedented challenges, Jae recognized an even greater need for faith, community, encouragement, and meaningful conversation.

That moment became a turning point for She Talks Life.

The platform evolved into a free digital lifestyle magazine created to inspire women in their faith, personal growth, and everyday lives. Today, She Talks Life brings together conversations surrounding faith, beauty, fashion, finances, wellness, purpose, and lifestyle through a distinctly Christian and culturally inclusive lens.

Jae Vonne Teague is a best-selling Author, revolutionary Motivational Speaker, and TV Host. She uses her personal life experiences of extreme perseverance to uplift & encourage women from all walks of life.

Her more than 12 years of experience working in Local television stations in the Phoenix & Dallas market, gives her an exceptional perspective for the community of women that she continues to serve through the STL platform.
